| Steps for First-Time Virtual Branch Login |
| 1. Visit our website at www.ttcu.com and find the Home Banking/Virtual Branch Login at the top, right-hand corner of the webpage. Click Login. |
| 2. Find and click the link, Click here to Enroll for Multi-Factor Authentication. |
| 3. Enter your base account number as the Member Number. |
| 4. Enter the Virtual Branch Password as your full Social Security Number (nine digits, no spaces or hyphens.) |
| 5. Enter the Security Code displayed on your screen. Click Submit. |
| 6. Read the Disclosure and click, I Accept. |
| 7. Scroll down the page. Answer all five Security Questions from those provided or create your own. |
| 8. Enter a Security Image Text (Do not use your password.) This is something the member enters and will be displayed each time you login to know you are at TTCU’s secured login. This does not need to be anything complex, just a short, memorable phrase or word. (Example: Seize The Day!) Click Submit. |
| 9. You will be on the Home Banking System Options page displaying Accounts, Transfers, More Features, etc. |
| 10. Click on More Features, then Change Password. |
| 11. Enter your Current Password and a New Password. Then Confirm New Password. Your new password can be up to 10 characters. |
12. This will take you to back to the Home Banking System Options page.

Steps for the Next Time You Login to Virtual Branch
|
| 1. The next time you access TTCU’s Virtual Branch, use the main login when you click the Home Banking/Virtual Branch Login from the top, right-hand corner of any page of TTCU’s website. Enter your Member Number and the Security Code displayed on your screen, then click Sign On. |
| 2. Answer the Security Question displayed on the next screen then click Submit. |
| 3. Enter your Virtual Branch Password and verify the Security Image Text. |
| 4. On that same screen, you will be given the option to Register this computer or This is a public computer, do not register. If you choose Do not register, you will be presented with a Security Question each time you log in. If you choose, Register this computer, you will not be presented with a Security Question when logging in and steps 4 and 5 will not be necessary. For your security, please be sure that you never register a public computer. |
5. Click Submit. This will take you to the Home Banking System Options page that lists Accounts, Transfers, More Features, etc.
