First and Second Mortgages

TTCU offers both first and second mortgages with either fixed or adjustable rates. Qualification for a mortgage loan is based on your ability to make monthly payments (assuming the minimum down payment and closing cost requirement is met). Consideration is also given to your credit history, household income and the appraised market value of the home you are financing.

Many financial institutions sell their mortgage loans to other companies to manage, and then it is sold again and again. With a TTCU mortgage loan, you can rest assured knowing that TTCU has never to-date sold a loan, which means your loan will likely stay here at your credit union.
