As of January 1, 2007, TTCU made improvements to the way you access your sensitive account information. Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA) is a process where the financial institution has the ability to authenticate a member who is accessing electronic banking by using multiple factors. Here's how Multi-Factor Authentication improves and personalizes your online security:

Security Code:  The Security Code is an extra security measure used to eliminate the ability to randomly select account numbers.

Security Image:  The Security Image is used to help you identify your Virtual Branch as a legitimate site. The text word or phrase you select during enrollment will be converted to an image. When you login to the Virtual Branch you will see the Security Text Image with a watermark logo behind it. Verify that the displayed text image is your own before continuing with the login process.

Security (Challenge) Questions:  When enrolling in MFA, you will be asked to create five security questions that will be used to verify your identity. Only you will know the answers you have chosen. You will be asked one of these security questions, chosen at random, if the computer you are using does not contain a security token or the security token has expired. 

Register This Computer:  Once you have enrolled in MFA, the next time you login to the Virtual Branch, you will have the option to register your computer. This additional security measure uses "tokens" that reside on your computer that give it a unique identification our system will recognize when you login.
