CCCS Provides FREE Services for TTCU Members  Making financial decisions, choosing where to allocate finite resources, and ensuring that responsibilities are met is never easy. But help is available. And now TTCU members can receive that help, free of charge. TTCU has partnered with Consumer Credit Counseling Service (CCCS) of Oklahoma to provide a variety of financial services with the specific purpose of assisting members to gain some measure of personal financial success. All services are confidential and free to TTCU members. CCCS provides financial and budget counseling programs designed to assist families and individuals to better plan their spending and learn to budget funds in the most efficient manner possible.
