TTCU Annual Meeting
The Annual Meeting of TTCU The Credit Union is scheduled for Thursday, March 27th, 2014. The meeting will be held at the Tulsa Public Schools Education Service Center (3027 S. New Haven, Tulsa) - across the street from our Main / Midtown Branch.
Refreshments will be served at 7:00 PM with the meeting commencing at 7:30 PM.
Upgrade for Money Manager
Members will notice a new and improved look for Money Manager in Virtual Branch. The upgrade doesn't stop with a face lift though - these enhancements will also make adding all your accounts, even non-TTCU accounts, faster and easier.
See all your transactions from all your accounts in one place, sorted by categories, so that you can track your spending habits and meet your financial goals. You can also set alerts to tag potential suspicious activity to keep your accounts secure. TTCU uses robust security with 256-bit encryption, offering 24/7 protection. With all your accounts in one place, you'll have a more complete financial story.
Debit and Credit Cards Compromises
Notice to Members: Please be aware that Target has announced a data breach involving its customers’ debit and credit card information. The breach occurred at U.S. Target stores between November 27 and December 15, 2013.
If you used your debit or credit card at a Target store during this time, your account information may have been compromised. TTCU is closely monitoring the situation directly with Visa.
What should members do at this time?
If you shopped at Target during the breach period, please monitor your accounts closely. If you see unusual or suspicious activity on your account, please contact TTCU immediately.
Target is updating consumers via their website. For even more information, FoolProof created a page for TTCU members all about credit card hacks and the scams that come with them.

Tulsa in Top Ten for Consumer Banking
In a March 25th blog post by NerdWallet, Tulsa is recognized as one of the top ten cities for consumer banking. NerdWallet compared the 100 most populated cities in the US and used 6 different factors to judge them. Credit unions and banks in Tulsa, #4 on the list, were highlighted for paying much higher interest rates and having high diversity of financial institutions.
TTCU Celebrates 100,000 Members
We're proud to announce an important milestone in the history of TTCU. The credit union is now actively serving over 100,000 members. To celebrate this momentous occasion, TTCU hosted a 100,000th Member Celebrations at all 13 branch locations.
ATEM Cash visited branch locations on March 15th with prizes and giveaway items. Thanks to all our members for helping us reach this grand achievement - being 100,000 Members Strong.
Recognition for TTCU's FoolProof for High Schools
In a March 4th, 2013 article, NerdWallet recognized FoolProof for High Schools as one of the best financial education resources for high school students in America. NerdWallet and TTCU understand the importance of financial literacy for everyone, but especially teenagers. We couldn't agree with NerdWallet more, "you’re never too young to understand basic financial concepts".

Shared Service Centers Now Open 2 Hours Earlier
Credit Union Service Centers are now open two hours earlier at all six Oklahoma Service Centers. Just think how much more time that gives you to do your banking. The new extended hours are: Monday thru Friday, 7:00 a.m. to 7:00 p.m.
Weekend hours remain unchanged: Saturday, 9:00 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. and Sunday, 1:00 p.m. to 4:30 p.m. except for the Moore location which is closed Sundays. Click here to learn more about Shared Service Centers and find one close to you.
Credit or Debit?
TTCU members can now select "debit" when using your TTCU Visa Check Card to make purchases. This is a change from before, where your card would only run on the "credit" network for your purchase amount. Selecting debit will require you to enter your PIN (Personal Identification Number) to complete the transaction.
This will provide you the option to get cash back at participating merchants. However, selecting "credit" and signing your receipt is still the recommended option. By selecting credit, you continue to receive Visa's Zero Liability fraud coverage and a detailed description of the transaction.
