Update on Stimulus Payment #3
Updated: March 15, 2021
Questions about your payment status
TTCU Federal Credit Union is unable to see your stimulus payment until it is direct deposited or until you deposit a paper check. To see the status of your payment and learn more, visit the helpful IRS resources below:
Check the status of your deposit
- If your stimulus check has been received, it will show as a deposit to your account.
- Log into your online or mobile banking to check your deposits. If you're not enrolled in online services and need assistance, follow these step-by-step instructions.
- You can also access your recent transactions using TTCU’s 24-hour telephone banking.
- The IRS determines the exact timing of stimulus payments and does not send payments to everyone at the same time. That's why your friends or family may have their payment before you receive yours.
- TTCU does not hold your stimulus payment. Your payment will be available and visible to you as soon as we receive it from the IRS.
