Telephone Banking

Telephone banking lets you access your TTCU accounts with voice commands, or a telephone keypad, and your self-assigned Personal Identification Number (PIN). You can transact your financial business 24 hours a day, 365 days a year.

Get account information, transfer funds and much more. Call (918)749-8828 or (800)234-8828 and select option 1 to access self-service telephone banking.


First Time Users

The first time you call self-service, formerly known as MARCIA, you'll be prompted to enter your member number. As a new user, you'll be asked for the last six digits of your social security number.

  • User ID: Your member number
  • Password: The self-service system will require you to enter a new pin number with a minimum of six numbers and a maximum of 20 numbers.
  • User Help: At any time during your call, you can press ‘8’ to return to the previous menu, ‘9’ to repeat the menu and ‘0’ to speak with a Member Service Representative.
