Lost or Stolen Credit Card
To report your DreamBuilder® Platinum card lost or stolen, call (866) 936-8828. If your credit card was closed, contact TTCU during business hours to order a replacement card.

View your balance and transactions, make online payments, set up Alerts and more! Please note that payments made after 3:00 p.m. CST will not be posted until the following business day.

With a contactless credit card, you can finish a transaction without physically touching your card to the terminal. Hold your contactless card near the contactless-enabled checkout terminal and the payment authorization will happen wirelessly. Stay up to date on your credit card account and activities with Alerts. TTCU DreamBuilder® Platinum cardholders have many options available, like an email before your payment is due or a text message if a new transaction exceeded a certain amount.

FALCON Credit Card Protection
Your TTCU credit card offers extra protection against fraud. A credit card representative may call you to verify a purchase if it is outside your normal spending. TTCU must have correct contact numbers on file to provide this protection. If the information on your statement is incorrect, please update it by calling 800.234.8828
