The most significant benefit of using voice banking is that it's accessible whenever you need it, through Amazon Alexa or Google Assistant. Get fast answers to your banking and account questions and better manage your financial life with just a few taps on your phone or a voice command.
You can access voice banking at any time! As long as you have an online banking account with us, simply sign in to your account using your Amazon Echo or Google Home, and you're good to go.
We take the security of your personal and financial information very seriously. Your accounts through voice banking are connected with your TTCU online/mobile login credentials, and all of your information is safely encrypted.
Our security measures meet the requirements of the most demanding organizations in the world, such as Amazon and Google. You are in control of connecting your TTCU accounts to Voice Banking through your secure TTCU login credentials.
To ensure it's you, we require that you authenticate your secure online/mobile login credentials before you can get started using TTCU Voice Banking. You must set up a PIN on voice channels to perform transactions.
A third party such as Google, Amazon, or Facebook could anonymously store your conversations. However, they do not have access to your financial accounts or your login information.
When you connect your TTCU account, we encrypt and store that information, so your account stays connected. However, the data is stored anonymously and securely.
Using a different device or computer, you must disable the skill or Action in your Amazon or Google account.
