Visa Debit Card Advantage

Get a Visa® Debit Card and enjoy convenient, 24x7 access you just don't get with cash or checks. Visa Debit Cards work like checks, but they're better.

Purchases are securely deducted directly from your TTCU Checking account. Plus, your debit card can be used as an ATM card for withdrawals, balance inquiries and transfers.

Visa Debit Card Features

To report a lost or stolen TTCU Visa® debit card, call Member Relations immediately. After business hours, select the appropriate call menu option and you'll be forwarded to 24/7 card assistance. If your card was closed, contact TTCU during business hours to order a replacement card.

Additional Visa Debit Card Features

Falcon Fraud Protection

With your TTCU debit card, you get an extra layer of protection against fraud. Falcon Fraud evaluates your transactions and patterns to identify uncharacteristic activity on your debit card, so you're protected against fraud, identity theft and scams. If detected, Falcon will contact you to verify the transaction. TTCU must have correct contact numbers on file to provide this protection. If Falcon is unable to reach you, your card may be deactivated, depending on the activity. Cardholders may contact Falcon Fraud at (855) 961-1602.
