How to get started

Follow these steps to start using the TTCU Digital Assistant.

Open your Amazon Alexa app on your phone or Amazon.com
Verify that the Amazon ID shown is the one linked to your Alexa devices
Click the menu in the upper left corner and select Skills and Games, then search for "TTCU"
Click "Enable to use"
Follow the prompts to activate the skill
To link your TTCU accounts, click Settings > Link Account
— to receive secure information, like account balances or recent transactions, you will need to link and authenticate your TTCU account using your online banking credentials
Then say, "Alexa, open TTCU"
For security purposes, you may need to periodically re-link your TTCU accounts within the Alexa skill.

What can Alexa do

After you ask Alexa to open TTCU, here are just a few of the things you can ask:

What is my account balance?
Transfer money between my TTCU accounts.
What is TTCU’s routing number?
List my most recent transactions.
Which TTCU branch is closest to me?
What is my loan balance?
