When a scary car accident totaled Josh's car a few years ago, he knew who to reach out to.
Josh had been a TTCU member since he was 14 years old, when his mom set him up with a kids' savings account to start earning interest. His future wife, Briana, became a member while attending college in Tahlequah. When they married, combining finances was easy, as they had both chosen the same financial institution!
So, when they unexpectedly needed to replace a vehicle, they knew what to do - after the initial shock of the accident wore off. They called TTCU about a loan.

Josh and Briana have used TTCU for three different car loans over the years, as their needs changed again after their daughter joined the family.
The lessons Josh's mother taught him as a child about saving money have stuck. They've used their TTCU savings account to save for big expenses, such as a once-in-a-lifetime trip to Disney World they took their daughter on a few years ago. They have also started saving for her college.
