TTCU lands on Forbes “Best in State” list
TTCU Federal Credit Union ranked second on Forbes "Best in State" list for Oklahoma credit unions. Only 2.4 percent of U.S. financial institutions made the cut, and credit unions outperformed banks, scoring an average of five points higher overall.
Forbes asked 25,000 study participants nationwide to rank credit unions in collaboration with the analytics firm Statista, and used the results to compile the "Best in State" lists. The criteria included trustworthiness, digital services, financial advice, branch services and general satisfaction. TTCU members gave the credit union a high satisfaction score.
"We are proud that our members rated us well in the survey," CEO and President Tim Lyons said. "It shows that we are meeting our goal of putting our members' needs first."
According to a press release, Forbes cites the need to promote local financial institutions as their inspiration for compiling the list.
